- Interface starts before loading begins.
- Split out summary info into separate storage.
- Fixed iteration of PagedList.
- Not saving partially loaded summary during load.

- Am seeing a bug where only one worker continues processing
on python3.8.
- Ubuntu and freedesktop-sdk are still on 3.7.
- Not using any features of 3.8 yet.
- Also removes color from mypy.
