Andrew Hamilton 42853dcc18 protocols: honor wlr-gamma-control for night-light tools ... Advertise zwlr_gamma_control_manager_v1 and commit client ramps to the single output (reset when the control goes away); other outputs and failed commits fail the control so clients retry.
