Install diff-edit directly using pipx:

pipx install git+https://forgejo.tail556789.ts.net/ahamilton/diff-edit

Or install from source:

git clone https://forgejo.tail556789.ts.net/ahamilton/diff-edit
cd diff-edit
./install

Then to run:

diff-edit -h
